I don't like it - it's too big, too assertive and lacking in grace. It's called "neo-Baroque" but lacks any of the flamboyance or impression of lightness that one associates with that style.

Nice tower, but the building looks quite run-down thou. A cleaning would help a lot. Anyway, I'll rate 8/10

I want to visit Porto (mainly to see the Casa de Musica for Design research), it's a nice building but has a very weird presence about it, looks like it could be from many countries, like India or on the water's edge of an old Asian principality.
