My only objection to this project, is the fact that parking will be located on the first two floors of the buidling.

you may be thinking of a different project. I don't think the Elleven will have parking on its first two floors.

Its possible, but I don't think so. I think they meant that the two levels are underground parking. Because they also plan retail. That has to be on ground floor as well as the lobby.
