LA is great too, but I mean Miami has good weather meaning that it rains there enough so they dont get draught, its warm every single day of the year even winter is in the low 80's to high 70's. Whereas LA can get down into the low 60's or high 50's in Winter. But, on the other hand, that may be better weather than Walking into a hot house every day.

We don't live in the Mojave Desert, LA averages about 14 inches a year. Yes its not uncommon to receive up to 30 inches in a season. There is never a year we go without rain. There are seasons (late October to early May) where we get less rain than others, but never has a year passed without rain. Even during our non rainy season, we occasionaly get some light rain, especially in August when its typically a bit more humid.

So, because I'm hearing impaired. You know better so that normal about most deaf people cannot type into proper english. You need read carefully though.

Los Angeles have more than 300,000 hearing impaired people to live there. It is quiet deaf cultural with GLAD.
