Though not tall this is a class A design. Reminds me a little of the new tower by Aballos & Herreros in the Canaries.

It's a small town of 212.000 inhabitants, but there's a lot of interesting projects. The most famous square of this town is Prato della Valle, second biggest square in Europe! :)
