This is the largest ziggurat in the world and the only one which has been inscribed on UNESCO World Heritage List: http://www.unesco.org/culture/heritage/tangible/iran/html_eng/site.shtml

The architecture of Chogha Zanbil manifests the miraculous progress in architectural techniques specially mathematical measurements and combination of materials during that era.

Most bricks of this huge building have this cuneiform inscription:

http://www.allempires.com/forum/uploads/CyrusShahmiri/2005-07-14_115522_Brick.JPG

"I, Untash Gal, son of Hubanomna, the king of Anzan and Susa, built a large worship hall to show my gratefulness for my long life, much wealth, many children, to Inshushinak, the god of the sacred place. I present this temple to him and rasie it to the sky, I hope my gift, and my attempt will be accepted by god of Inshushinak."

Over 10. This is smth that all people around the world has to be proud of . The history , the age and the engineering tech at those times leave me without words. This building can't be rated. Some rare things can't be scrutinized . This is one of those things
