It's part of Alan Faena's Art District in Puerto Madero.

Actually I think the first rendering is wrong.. you should stick to the maquette.. which is quite innovative IMO

not really fair to blame the architect,because it always depends on the client to approve the design and the budget for the project,and every project foster and PARTNERS does isn't going to be the next swissre or hearst,the reason i capitalized the partners is because norman doesn't always design every project if he did he would have 2 work 24/7.
