That's typical "lifestyle center" mall architecture. I like it.

Not really a "downtown" density though, even in a small city. How about a few floors of housing on top?

But looks like a rich suburban street that probably will have a huge traffic mess, especially with no stop signs or traffic lights in the pictures. ;)

I think it looks a bit old fashioned which is not a bad thing nessecarily. I like it, it looks chic and all but I find it a bit conventional for my taste.

It looks good, but I miss some residential buildings. Without them, at shops closing hour, the place will look dead. :sleepy:

And better without those cars, with some only pedestrian streets and a tramway, maybe. ;)
