That park is fantastic! If the rest of the project is that nice Scarborough is getting a real gem.

The park is awesome. I hope that the development by Amacon in Mississauga has a park as nice as this!

The development looks nice and all, but it's really sort of disconnected with the rest of the ****. Are those podiums going to have retail, or is this just a fancy 'gated community' type development that won't do anything more than just a park to encourage people living in those towers to actually stroll around from time to time?

It does look disconnected from the city. This isn't the way intensification should be executed.

the site itself is disconnected being surrounded by a 14 lane highway and two rail corridors so an urban site plan maybe expecting too much .
P.S. the podium for the first phase is an above ground garage facing the 401
