2. Living Shangri-La
3. YVR International Terminal Expansion
4. Golden Ears Bridge
5. New Vancouver Convention Centre
6. The Woodwards Project
7. Sea-To-Sky Highway Expansion
8. UBC: New Olympics arena; MOA expansion; University Town
9. Redevelopment of the old shipyards site in Lower Lonsdale, North Vancouver
10. The redevelopment of Whalley into a viable, dense, and potentially vibrant city within a city

Interesting that the Granville Street redesign has made your second-tier list. I haven't heard anything about this in quite some time. If the City gets it right, it could transform the downtown core.
