Okay so my Spring break Is almost over. So I decided I wanted to start a project (just for fUN).I want to make a model of Grand Ave and fill the Gaps, "Parking Lots" with one of my own Buildings. (yes I have alot of Time in my Hands). So I started with the parking Lot across the street Next to Evo, Luma Projects. Grand and 11. I dont know if theirs any development or Proposed buildings but Im just going by Google Earth.

- This is all one Project. I tried to Mix in Old architecture with new In a Modern Way.
-Every building has Retail First floor and Residential living on the upper floors.

oooh, looks very interesting, so I'm a little confused, you designed all these buildings or are some of them part of the actual project and some of them yours?

Not bad at all I must say. So what kind of dog is the chick walking? What are those two silver circles on top of the sign "Barnes and Noble"?

All those models show how dense three individual building look in contrast with something like Fig. Cetral. If Grand Av actually got something like that off ground, plus 8th and Grand, Grand Av. Phase 1, The City House and the Olypmic, the Glass Tower, and some sort of public space than that would create a far better corridor for downtown.
