Huge Łomna project
A residential project (over 1,6 million sqm) similar in scale to that of Miasteczko Wilanów is to be developed on land in Łomna outside Łomianki (approx. 20 km from Warsaw city centre). Irish architects Fewer Harrington Lawlor & Partners have been commissioned to design the project for Irish investors, who boufght the land from Rolmex ltd. An estate for 30,000 residents is to be built on the land, as well as an app. 140,000 sqm shopping and services centre, a 95,000 sqm conference and exhibition centre, production facilities and 3 hotels. It is also a possible that an office park, industrial buildings and an amphitheatre will be developed on the site next to the Wisła river, as well as recreational and educational facilities.
