Couldn't find a thread for these, currently looking good at the corner of Queensway and Islington, on the site of what used to be a car dealership....pretty sleek design for this part of Etobicoke...

there are two buildings, joined by an elevated walkway...the easternmost building appears already occupied...

The sun was going in and out of the clouds....

I remember seeing the ads for these a LONG time ago. I think the renders looked better though. Although it's not finished yet so I can't say for sure. Thanks for the pics!

Nice looking buildings. But I dunno the relative closeness of the 2 buildings with the pathway kinda reminds me of 70's inner city slums.

I wonder why they call it Loggia? A loggia is an open-sided, roofed or vaulted gallery looking down into a lower level.. hence the term "loges" in an old
theatre.
I think people literally flip through a dictionary and pick a word that sounds "classy" to them, and use it as the name of these new developments.

exactly, and they go through an italian dictionary cause they know we can't speak italian.

Or if they are lazy, they will just pick a city in Italy and use its Italian name..

Milano
Roma
etc, etc,
