Got something in the mail for this today...don't think there's a thread for it yet...

The Florian in Upper Yorkville (whatever that is) will be a 22-story building with less than 95 units. Details include ground floor gardens and landscaped terraces. Prices will range from $700,000 for a one-bedroom to over $3 million for penthouses. Amenities will include 24-hour concierge, valet service and optional luxuries like individual wine cellars.

Building created by Diamante. Presentation Centre and Model Suite open in early September.

it is bay and davenport. i've never heard it called upper yorkville though. is that a way of saying "close to yorkville and therefore expensive"?

I love the 3D model above... it looks like it'll fit in well on that unique corner.

But the other render and this one below make the building look quite ugly. I hope they come up with something else.
