I think these are all handsome buildings, I just wish they had retail at the street level.

Erm... they probably will. Even in the renderings it's pretty clear there will be atleast some retail.

With the exception of one building - it's not actually infill. The building their showroom is in now had a really lovely facade before they blew it out (the whole thing will be knocked down anyway to make way for the dark-coloured building).
It's nice to see them finally building something inside their red 'triangle' though.

Yeah, the "red triangle" and Corktown could use more love and more development. I really dig the neighbourhood.
