Wow, that looks great. It could even be taller than the Palace Pier buildings.

It's nothing special, but I'm happy to see Humber bay continue to develop. My little Miami.

I quite like this one! It's better than a lot of the others they built down there.

I'm glad they didn't put a pointy triangular hat on top of it.

Isn't Nautilus the name of Water Park City 3?

Neptune is at Water Park City near the Fort York Armories, Nautilus is at Humber Shores.

Yeah that's what I meant. I think Neptune is the name of the third Waterpark city phase.

I keep hearing that this area is over-developed. Does anyone here think that way?
I personally don't think it is, I'm just throwing it out there.

No, I don't think it is. It's actually a surprise considering this cluster is across the street from the Treatment plant.

LOL i know. I was down there yesterday, and it smelled awful.
But I guess what attracts people is the view of the lake. :dunno:
Although, the ppl on the other side get screwed over.
Hmm... I've got a question for Urban Decoder.

So what's the tallest building in Etobicoke? Palace Pier? Or one of those awful 60's apartment blocks just northwest of Bloor and Islington? I counted 36 storeys on what looks like the tallest one.

Palace Pier/Place are the tallest.

I hope the bottom turns out nicer than in the rendering. Other than that, looks good.
