If you purchased a unit from Cresford Mode Lofts , you know doubt are aware by now that the project is cancelled. A group of us are gathering to review our options before signing the Mutual Release Agreement. We believe Cresford is offering us the credit to encourage us to sign this release and preventing us from pursueing legal action in the future. We would like to find as many purchasers as possible. If you are interested in joing our group, reply to this thread, or you can access this forum thread where we have all been discussing our options.

Do not sign the mutual release if you want any chance at all of getting what you deserve. The market value has gone up so much that the credit they are offering is not even close to what we lost. Also, they should be extending the credit date long enough for us to purchase units in the redesigned building.
We believe that legally, they cannot build anything of similar height or number of floors with a higher price. This constitutes bad faith and we have legal grounds to seek compensation.
