It's a stretch to call it "Leslieville" though. And I don't think it could fit on that block. All we could do right now is guess. We only have a rendering to work with.

The last time I checked, Carlaw St was in Leslieville.

Leslieville is a neighbourhood in Toronto, Ontario, Canada east of the Don River bounded by the Canadian National railway line to the north, Carlaw Avenue to the west, Eastern Avenue to south, and Coxwell Avenue to the east

It is on the South East corner of Carlaw and Dundas.....presently the location of a lovely gas station and parking lot. This will be great infill as this corner is UGLY!!!

Hmm... conflicting reports from valantino and bar1967.
Though if the latter is correct, the name of this development would start to make sense.
