I even like the brickworks the way they are... the area and the old buildings are amazing. This should make it ten times better...

I'm worried that the rendering looks cheap. Time will tell.

Yeah, it struck me the same way.
There are the nice old brick buildings and the newer looking "cheap" buildings whose rooves look like our local marinas down here. Does not look integrated or cohesive.

The newer looking cheap buildings are actually some of the older buildings on the site. In fact, all of those marina styled buildings are already there.

I think the landscaping is great with the use of water.

Those who are not clear on what they think should go down there to check it out. The plans are on display, and clearer. Plus it is a good way to spend an afternoon (pretty amazing when you see how far back the valley goes -- lots o bricks came out of that hill).

Whatever they do it should be simple, and respectful of both the older buildings and the
topography around. It is a very peaceful place to wander through.
