Looks like a sales centre is being constructed in the parking lot at the SW corner of Adelaide and Charlotte. Does anyone know anything about it? Photos taken today January 21.

Looking north towards Adelaide, the sales centre will be suspended off the ground by two large steel beams.

Looking south on Charlotte. The Charlotte condo is next door, south of Charlotte glas is under construction and then there is the Charlie site.
