I'm not so sure about the 'blends in Philadelphia skyline' bit. From some angles, yes, but the huge black square hole at the top? Why???
Well that's about the only thing I don't like about this building. It has otherwise nice shapes and materials and the lobby does look spectacular (thanks for posting those).

It's an alright building but I don't think it really fits the skyline that well because of its height. It makes One Liberty Place look tiny and that's kind of unsettling when you're used to seeing that spire dominate the skyline. Seems to me like it would be a better fit in Midtown Manhattan. 7/10
