I like it! The patterns on the facade may be a bit tacky, but they run the full height and with the setbacks, really make this thing soar.

I like this one, but it could be a lot better. Choose a better color for the facade, and tone down those weird shapes in the facade at the top (the holes and swirls). I like the idea of the crown, and the modern grandness of the building, but it doesnt live up to its potential.

It's a very impressive and modern tower with excellent cladding quality.
It is comparatively isolated so it looks even taller and dominating.

I'll give it a 8.

I'm in Guangzhou. I can tell that the real tower is nearly a big junk--dull façade, offensive to the neighborhood. I really donn't like it.
But after seeing the rendering on this thread, I realised maybe originally it's a good designe, but they spoiled it with bad implement by using low-class materials.

Perhaps after screwing up so many roof designs, China's architects are too scared to do anything for the top of the building so they just decided to leave it looking like a truncated / unfinished building for future architects to remodel.
